Plymouth is on the south coast of England and has two ferry ports, one to get the nearby island of Cremyll, called Cremyll Ferry and the other main terminal for the ferries travelling abroad. The terminal is open from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 at weekends, and for all ship arrivals and departures. The facilities include a café, toilets and baby changing facilities, a bureau de change and disabled facilities are available. There are four charge points available for electric cars and the car park, run by ABP, and they allow card and contactless payment for up to 24 hours of parking. Getting to and from the passenger ferry terminal 

For foot passengers, you can walk straight to the terminal in around 25 minutes, or there are buses from the Royal Parade bus stop in the centre of Plymouth. Several frequent buses travel to the Palace Theatre bus stop, where you should disembark and walk fro 1km, or 10 minutes to the passenger terminal. The entire journey should take less than half an hour. Plymouth Railway station is in the centre of town, from which trains go into London Paddington and take just under 4 hours. 

It is only a 6-minute drive from central Plymouth to the international passenger ferry terminal. The nearest international airport is Newquay and around 86 kilometres away or Exeter airport, 78km in the opposite direction.
